We dreamt of it before we knew how it sounded. The process was a way filled with sweat, drama and decisions that had to be made, and it would have tired out even the strongest of horses. It was all about the music, the sound, the fun and the feeling that this actually could become a quite nice album… hipp hurray! Because a new album from SKILLA has been brought to the world. We are simply so happy!!

They’re shipping our albums to us today! And we’re really excited to see how they turned out. For those who do not know, we’re re-releasing our album with our new Swedish label National the 14th of october and the partIES, yes you read it correctly, the (several) parties are in Stockholm and Malmö, so come there and help us blow the roof off and make the floors rumble! What a lovely land! We’ve just arrived back in Malmö for a quick shower and some hours of sleep. We went to some marvellous venues in Berlin and Hamburg where we warmed up for miss li and her band, sat in a bed by a swimmingpool and watched gustavs fake-teeth. It was splendid! And tomorrow we’re heading for the road again, but this time in a more domestic way. We’re going to the royal capital of Sweden. Stockholm that is. And then to Peace and Love festivalen! Hope to see you there! And we think that a little present, videowise, will turn upp in a Y-related website very very soon..

Soon it’s time for the band SKILLA to rise again. The birds has been playing around with new songs and wants to show them to you this spring. If you want us to come and play at your special secret spot just give us a whisper, because now is the time for planning.
Great news is that the Tragic Song video has flown to LA and will be shown at an indie film festival in february. We’re very happy and hope they’ll enjoy it.
